Evidence Standards
We distinguish operator marketing from primary evidence. Where possible, company names and licensing details should be checked against official registers, and cashier terms checked against the operator's published documents.
An unverified claim should be marked as unconfirmed rather than presented as a tested fact. Reviews should state material limitations and avoid blanket promises about safety or withdrawal speed.
Ranking and Commercial Disclosure
Listings may include affiliate links, and commercial arrangements may affect which brands are displayed. Editorial descriptions should still identify drawbacks, conditions and relevant consumer risks.
A high position is not a guarantee that an operator is authorised to serve Great Britain or is appropriate for a particular person.
Corrections and Updates
Terms, payment methods, identity checks and regulatory status can change without warning. We review important claims when updating content and correct material inaccuracies when identified.
If you spot an error, use the contact route on our Contact page and include the specific page, statement and source of the correction.
